On the nose we encounter the sour tartness of freshly torn lemon peel, pear, and slightly bruised apples. Ripe pineapple and baked apple rings combine with lemon balm and sage. A hint of quince peel and gooseberry joins in subliminally. On the palate the wine is incredibly juicy and balanced. It brings a lot of aroma into the glass and impresses with a fine acid structure.
